We are a mixed billing practice. All appointments will be privately billed unless you are eligible for bulk billing. Results are no longer eligible for bulk billing and will be at the discretion of the doctor.

- All referrals will need to be done in-person – this includes repeat referrals. Please note that requesting on-the-day referrals will not be possible as we are usually fully booked. We ask that you plan your appointments for referrals ahead of time to prevent disappointment.
- All missed appointments will be incur a fee. This will be payable before your next visit. Missed Appointments are appointments where your start time has passed and you have not contacted us. Note: the practice will not hold your appointment once your start time has lapsed as this will push out future appointments for other patients.
A standard appointment time is 15 minutes. If you need a longer consultation, please book multiple appointment slots.
