Patient Fees

📣 Fee & Service Update – Effective 4th August

We remain dedicated to delivering high-quality medical care to our community. To help cover rising practice costs and continue attracting and retaining excellent staff, our fees will be adjusted from 4th August.

🔹 Billing Information
Each doctor at our practice operates as an independent contractor and manages their own billing. Billing policies, including bulk billing for concession card holders, may vary between doctors. These policies may change from time to time, so we recommend checking our website or speaking with our reception team for the most up-to-date information.

🔹 Changes to bulk billing?
Each doctor has their own billing preference. We believe no patient should miss out on healthcare due to financial hardship. If you’re experiencing difficulties, please speak with your doctor about alternative arrangements.

📣 Repeat Scripts and Referrals (Effective 4th August 2025)

To help us provide care more efficiently, all repeat prescriptions and referral requests will be handled through HotDoc.
